During two weeks between 2nd February and 16th February 2008, I undertook a shadowing activity visiting colleagues from community colleges in the state of Connecticut. This allowed me to compare practice in order to identify areas of good practice to share with my colleagues at home.

The City is still as fantastic as ever! Did you manage to visit any Art Galleries or the public library there? The library is an amazing building and the resources inside are second to none.
The Big Apple looks great, did you manage to book in at the Plaza New York? Hope you were able to share the experience with a new found friend! Will hopefully speak later when Richard has linked us up.

Great to have taken part in a 'Skype' video conference with Sam and colleagues at Naugatuck Valley Community College yesterday.
We all enjoyed the experience and look forward to further specific sessions on a variety of topics and agendas.
